Standard Ground Shipping

– The shipping charges will vary by the destination and number of machines. Shipping charges will be paid by the customer

– FabMachines will pack the order items in boxes with sufficient packaging material to avoid shock, scratches and any other transportation damage

– We will provide a complete pre-shipping summary to customer, including the item photos, inspection summary, price and estimated delivery dates

– Shipping will commence only after customer’s consent

– Shipping can be tracked via the shipping carrier standard app / website. In case FabMachines provides custom shipping, we will update the tracking information on email and personal messaging to customer

 

FREE Ground Shipping on order of 5 or more machines

We offer FREE shipping on all orders of 5 or more machines for all domestic orders. For orders under 5 machines we offer Standard Ground shipping. 

 

SHIPPING LEAD TIMES

1. G3 and F3 Machines – These machines are mostly available in inventory. Orders of up to 2 machines can be dispatched within a week’s time. Orders above 2 machines will take time to dispatch proportional to number of machines

2. G3-Pro and F3-Pro Machines – These machines are mostly not available in inventory. Orders will take time to dispatch proportional to number of machines.

 

– Destination address – Since the products have to be shipped via road transport, distance to destination will decide the delivery time

– Number of products – If the quantity of products is higher, it can decide the mode of transport, thereby deciding the delivery time

– Customer’s choice of delivery medium – If customer chooses to have a personal / custom delivery vehicle instead of regular delivery agencies, that can again expedite / delay the delivery accordingly

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship internationally via existing shipping carriers like DHL etc. The selection of carrier will depend on the country, order quantity and customer agreement. We charge a flat fee of $100 for packaging of each machine quantity for international orders. Please note that any assessed duties or local taxes are not included the shipping rate and are the responsibility of the receiver. 

 

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online. 

 

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
