- When you confirm the machine order, you pay Rs. 10,000/- as Booking advance to confirm your booking [hereinafter referred to as Tranche-1]
- You will have to pay 30% of the total value of the order within 15 days of your Booking. A Fabheads executive will reach out to you to take this transaction forward [hereinafter referred to as Tranche-2]
- Two weeks prior to the dispatch, you are expected to make a payment of 60% of the total value of the order once the allocated Fabheads executive reaches out to you with the exact dispatch date [hereinafter referred to as Tranche-3]
- Following this payment, the machine will be dispatched and commissioned in your provided delivery address, and you will have to make the balance payment within 7 days from the date of commissioning the machine [hereinafter to as Tranche-4]
- All introductory offers and additional benefits shared on the promotional materials is subject to availability and ordering early will ensure you are able to claim them to the best.
Cancellation of Order
- You are free to cancel to order anytime from the date of placing the order until the day you make the payment for Tranche-3.
- Cancelling the order before making the payment for Tranche-3 will make you eligible for full refund of your payment minus a minimum Service Charges (which is Rs. 1000 as of 31st January, 2022). This Service Charge may be changed from time to time.
- Once Tranche-3 payment is done, cancellation of Order will incur a penalty of 15% of the total payment made till Tranche-3, which will be deducted when we refund the amount upon cancellation.
- Once commissioning is done, cancellation of Order will incur a penalty of 20% of the total payment made till Tranche-3, which will be deducted when we refund the amount upon cancellation.
Modifications in Order after placing the order
- You are always welcome to modify the order (except reduction in number of machine orders, which will trigger the Cancellation of Order clause above) without any penalty until the payment of Tranche-3.
- Any modification in Order after the payment of Tranche-3 is subject to specific approval from Fabheads Automation Private Limited, and you are requested to contact your assigned business/sales executive, or write to email@example.com
- If you are entitled for a refund as per the policy mentioned above, your refund will be initiated on the same day as your request. The refund processing will take 7-10 days depending on the payment processor (RazorPay / Stripe) and your bank
- We will provide full installation, training, maintenance and technical support guidelines during our offline interactions before full payment is made. Once all the payments are made and the product is delivered, all installation, training, maintenance and technical support operations will be carried out as per these guidelines.
